I recently was contacted by an ex girlfriend of mine of whom I was extremely in love with back in the day - but it just didn't work out. I guess I kind of figured I'd never see nor hear from her again, so when she contacted me, well, let's just say it was very inspiring to me - and it made me feel great that we have both moved on to become pretty cool people (if I do say so myself).
I spent the better part of a Sunday working this song up, recording and getting it just right. I don't know what kind of style this song is, but it flowed out of me as is, so I'm sticking to it.
I hope she likes it - I hope you like it too!!!
